• Maintain equal quality of service for all customers
Violation of these expectations may result in removal from the platform.
4. Expectations for Homeowners
Homeowners using BlinkMow agree to:
• Request and receive services without engaging in discriminatory behavior
• Treat all service providers with respect
• Not make service provider selection decisions based on protected characteristics
• Provide fair and honest reviews based on service quality
• Not harass or abuse service providers
Violation of these expectations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BlinkMow platform:
• Refusing service based on race, ethnicity, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Making offensive or discriminatory comments
• Harassment of any kind
• Posting discriminatory content in reviews or messages
• Using the platform to engage in hate speech or bias-motivated behavior
• Retaliation against users who report discrimination
We have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment.

If you experience or witness discrimination or harassment on the BlinkMow platform, we encourage you to report it immediately:
